Job summary

Linxon is seeking a Lead Engineer in Phoenix, AZ to direct engineering across AIS, GIS, BESS, Rail and infrastructure programs. You will act as the technical anchor, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery excellence throughout concept to execution.

You will lead in-house and outsourced engineering, drive cost efficiency, and coordinate with project teams to meet contractual commitments and performance targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering or project management experience in an EPC environment.
• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience leading engineering across multiple substation/infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering execution from proposal through energization.
• Manage engineering budget and cost efficiency.
• Enforce schedule discipline and on-time delivery of packages.
• Set the technical vision and deliverables plan.
• Introduce cost-smart engineering solutions.
