Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Experience with U.S. and/or international energy and infrastructure clients.
• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in project development transactions.
• Collaborate with lenders and sponsors to structure transactions.
• Identify potential transaction pitfalls and propose solutions.
• Work on complex project finance transactions to completion.
