Job summary
The People Of: Professional Services is seeking a mid to senior level Energy & Infrastructure Associate to join its Houston-based projects group. This role focuses on leading high-value transactions in energy and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience with project finance and M&A, and must have a JD from a top-tier law school. The position offers a salary range of $305,000 – $390,000, along with top-tier benefits.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience focusing on project finance and/or M&A.
- Strong analytical and drafting skills with attention to detail.
- Member of the Texas Bar or eligible to waive in.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support energy and infrastructure M&A and/or project finance transactions.
- Draft and negotiate project and finance documents.
- Advise on multi-jurisdictional transactions involving energy assets.
