Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a lateral associate with 4–7 years of private equity M&A experience to join its energy and infrastructure practice in Houston. The candidate will advise clients on complex transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Duties include advising on acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures; leading and supporting the execution of M&A and project-financing transactions; and managing transactions from bid process through closing.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in private equity M&A.
• Experience with energy and infrastructure PE sponsors.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the execution of M&A and project-financing transactions.
