  • Advise clients on project development, procurement, performance security, warranties, indemnities, limitations of liability, insurance, liens, change management, delay, and performance remedies.
  • Coordinate transaction processes (due diligence, document management, execution, closing).
  • Provide practical, business-oriented contract administration guidance on project issues and potential disputes.
