Job summary

Attractivate Consulting Solutions seeks a Business Systems Analyst to bridge energy business stakeholders with technology teams on grid modernization projects. You will translate operational needs into clear requirements for systems like ADMS, OMS, GIS, AMI, and work management platforms.

Responsibilities include gathering and validating requirements across utility ops, supporting process mapping, and translating needs into designs and test cases, with involvement in UAT and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of business analysis experience, ideally in an energy environment.
• Strong requirements-gathering, documentation, and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with energy operational systems (ADMS, OMS, GIS, AMI, or similar).
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements from utility operations, engineering, and IT stakeholders.
• Support process mapping and gap analysis across legacy and modernized utility systems.
• Partner with solution architects and developers to translate requirements into system design and test cases.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage during system implementations.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and maintain requirements traceability documentation.
• Support change management and training material development for end users.
