Job summary

Leidos in New Jersey seeks a Grid Modernization Engineer to design, configure, and support ADMS, SCADA, DMS, and related platforms. You will work with analysts, product managers, and operators to ensure reliable solutions.

The role involves deployment, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer across multiple environments. The candidate will patch and monitor Windows and Linux servers, create technical documents, and develop Power BI reports to support operations.

Qualifications

8+ years of engineering experience in related field
Experience supporting or implementing ADMS, SCADA, DMS, OMS
Knowledge of utility operations and real-time environments
Experience deploying/upgrading production systems

Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and translate into technical designs and implementation plans
Peer review of designs, configurations, and deployment artifacts
Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
Monitor performance to meet service levels and standards
Support deployment of new features and patches across environments
Document procedures and maintain system configurations
Perform patching and readiness for project teams
Configure systems to meet project requirements
Communicate status with stakeholders
Create operational/analytical reports (Power BI)
