A strong emphasis on professionalism, data entry accuracy, and customer satisfaction is required. Responsibilities include addressing rebate inquiries, guiding applicants through scheduling and submittal procedures, and coordinating with the energy team to resolve questions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• 2+ years of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and other MS Office programs.
• Must pass a background check with drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct non-scripted customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
• Topics include rebate status, scheduling, submittal procedures, and program guidelines.
• Perform professional outreach.
• Review and assist customers with energy application inquiries and program questions.
• Complete other administrative duties as assigned.
