Job summary

AVID Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Specialist to join our Sutton, MA team. You will conduct residential energy assessments, perform infrared scans, and recommend improvements to reduce energy usage and utility costs.

The role includes installing energy-saving measures and guiding customers on insulation and weatherization upgrades. Preferred BPI Building Analyst Certification and Mass Save program experience; paid training provided and a company vehicle after 6

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in sales or residential home work.
• 1+ years Mass Save program experience.
• BPI Building Analyst Certification preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and multi-family energy assessments.
• Provide infrared scans (IR) and home reports.
• Install energy saving measures in residential homes and multi-family dwellings.
• Generate and sell weatherization contracts.
• Provide technical guidance to customers on energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients to explain assessment results and provide guidance on insulation and weatherization upgrades.
