Abraxas Energy Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our Business Development team in the Denver, CO area. This role focuses on expanding our energy consulting services across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and government sectors, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in business, marketing, energy management, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of business development, account management, or client relationship experience in energy consulting or related services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sales development strategies to generate qualified leads and build a robust pipeline.
• Identify prospective clients through market analysis, networking, referrals, outbound prospecting, and industry events.
• Build relationships with facility managers, energy managers, CFOs, and other decision-makers to expand accounts and opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities, coordinate meetings, support proposals, and advance prospects through the sales process.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineers, and consultants to align client needs and ensure a smooth client experience.
