Qualifications

• Experience with energy efficiency programs and construction projects.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors to meet program targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management oversight over scope, schedule and budget of energy efficiency projects.
• Ensure projects meet program requirements and are cost effective.
• Develop processes for implementing energy efficiency projects per program requirements.
• Interface with associates, vendors, customers and consultants to ensure program rules and timely reporting.
• Perform QA/QC on programs and apply knowledge of energy saving measures.
• Travel within territory to meet customers, inspect sites, and manage contractor relationships.
• Coordinate and direct activities of vendors/contractors; review vendor deliverables and invoices.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Compile and analyze data for management reporting and forecasts.
• Support installation of ECMs (HVAC, lighting, motors, EMS) as appropriate.
