Job summary

Public Service Electric & Gas Co. is seeking an experienced leader to drive demand-side management and energy efficiency programs. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, legal, regulatory, and procurement to launch new products and services.

The role emphasizes leadership, program management, and regulatory filings, with a focus on delivering energy savings for residential/commercial customers and ensuring safety and compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree plus 6 years in energy efficiency, construction, PM, or vendor mgmt; or 10+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of C&I programs; working knowledge of regulation and accounting principles.
• Compliance with 10 CFR 810.
• May require relocation or alternate location during outages; DOE rules.
• Knowledge of PJM capacity markets is a plus.
• Knowledge of the utility industry.
• BPI and/or CEM certifications; knowledge of NJ Large C&I market.
• Knowledge of Income-Qualified energy offers and safety nets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead DSM and energy efficiency program delivery through cross-functional teams.
• Manage internal and external partners to meet program deliverables with safety and compliance.
• Provide guidance to improve processes, policies, and new products/services.
• Develop vendor/trade ally relationships; represent the company on external committees.
• Oversee IT systems to manage programs and reporting results.
• Develop and monitor program budgets and support regulatory filings.
• Direct the Energy Solutions energy efficiency program tailoring offerings for owners, tenants, housing authorities.
• Conduct site visits for inspections, vendor meetings, and customer meetings
