Job summary

PSEG is seeking a Senior Manager of Planning and Evaluation in a hybrid Newark, NJ role. This first-level supervisor can oversee up to 5 associates in program design duties and regulatory approvals, while also contributing as an individual contributor on design and regulatory processes.

The successful candidate will build an advocate network for filings, support implementation teams in new technologies, and lead cross-functional collaboration within PSEG and across NJ utilities.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree or 11 years of relevant experience in energy efficiency, construction, vendor management or project management.
• Experience managing vendor performance and leading cross-functional teams in energy programs.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of contracted vendors delivering program services.
• Manage employees and contractors; enforce safety protocols.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver program services and improve delivery and customer experience.
• Ensure accurate invoice processing and implement process improvements; automate where possible.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure delivery meets business and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze data from other jurisdictions to identify best practices in program design.
