Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Partner Relations Associate to join our team in New England, focusing on building trust-based relationships with utility clients, distributors, and program partners to support energy efficiency programs in Connecticut.

You will manage outreach, coordination, and project tracking across cross-functional teams, while delivering presentations, trainings, and events to promote participation and program success.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills across diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting outreach, program coordination, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for distributors, contractors, utility partners, and internal teams to support program participation.
• Advance projects through proactive communication, coordination, and follow-up from submission to completion.
• Support program partners with trainings, events, and presentations to promote offerings.
• Develop and distribute marketing content related to program structure and updates.
• Assist with application support, project tracking, and reporting on milestones.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support program goals and continuous improvement.
