AVID Energy Solutions, a Mass Save partner, seeks a Customer Intake Coordinator / Sales Development Representative in Sutton, EST hours. Earn $55,000+ with uncapped commissions by helping homeowners review needs and schedule no-cost energy assessments using advanced tools.

Qualify MA/NH homeowners and renters for incentives, handle high-volume calls and emails, and manage scheduling within Salesforce and Hancock tools. Join a team focused on energy efficiency and customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years sales or marketing experience in residential home work or construction.
• 1+ years of Mass Save program or similar residential home auditing experience is a plus.
• Prior experience with high-volume inbound/outbound calls and email handling.
• Proficient in English; Spanish or Portuguese skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify Massachusetts homeowners and renters for no-cost energy assessments.
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails from prospective customers.
• Make outbound calls and emails to leads and referrals.
• Meet and exceed monthly marketing and sales targets.
• Schedule home energy assessment appointments and coordinate with Energy Efficiency Specialists.
• Use Salesforce CRM and EPlus scheduling software.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Customer Service teams.
