CLEAResult is seeking an Energy Technician to install energy efficiency equipment and perform verifications for residential customers. The role requires traveling within Wisconsin and serving multiple homes each day.

You will act as the local on-site program representative, providing technical guidance, collecting data, and supporting customers and contractors to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years experience in a relative industry.
• High school or Associates Degree.

To join our team as an Energy Technician! As an Energy Technician, you will act as a local on-site program and company representative to residential customers. Install energy efficient equipment, conduct pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory.

Successful candidates will reside in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for daily travel within the state.

• Conduct installations of residential energy efficiency upgrades
• Provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications
• Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products
• Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, regarding installation in accordance with client specifications
• Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.
• Travel throughout a defined territory

Target Compensation:

$19.00- $21.00/hr

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company.Individuals provided a conditional offer of employmentfor this position must successfully pass apost-offer, pre-employmentdrug testand consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver’s license,andindividuals provided a conditional offer of employment mustsuccessfully pass adrugtest and maintain a clean driving recordas an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
