Job summary

Coral Energy is seeking an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to grow our client base in the Frederick, MD area. You’ll prospect, present, and close energy-efficiency retrofit deals with business owners, supported by our back-office and sales manager, while working independently.

Responsibilities include visiting 10-20 businesses daily, managing leads in our CRM, closing 2-4 deals per day, and ensuring a smooth handoff to installations for project success.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is preferred but not required.
• Refrigeration background is a plus, but not necessary.
• Strong communication with business owners and stakeholders.
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage time.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and project management tools.
• Own vehicle for daily customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: visit 10-20 businesses per day to find energy-efficiency upgrade opportunities.
• Lead management: track leads through the CRM and manage your pipeline.
• Sales: close 2-4 deals per day by engaging with decision-makers.
• Installation handoff: ensure smooth transition and post-sale satisfaction.
