Jobbeschreibung

• Develop and manage the processes for implementing energy efficiency projects and programs in accordance with requirements for BPU approved programs.
• Interface with Client associates, vendors, customers and outside consultants to assure the Program rules and requirements are maintained, the projects are cost effective and the information needed for management and regulatory reporting is accurate and timely.
• Coordinate and direct the activities of vendors and contractors.
• Perform and oversee program and project QA/QC as required; Apply knowledge in energy savings measures and techniques to program and project oversight.
• Perform project site visits as required.
• Compile and analyze data from various projects / sources to monitor the status of customer projects and report to management. Projects may include the installation of various energy conservation measures (ECMs) such as HVAC, lighting, motors, energy management systems, etc., as appropriate for the program.
• Analyze performance results for management reports; Provide monthly project status forecasts; Must be proficient with working independently while maintaining and applying working knowledge of Client Standards of Business Controls and meet management’s expectations for effective internal business controls.
• Manage customer relationships to provide program services with a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure vendor and employee compliance with safety protocols and practices.

Job Specific Qualifications Required

• B.S. Degree plus 5 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related fields. In lieu of a degree, 9 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related field.
• Experience processing milestone-based construction payments and forecasting financial spend.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency measures, implementation, and cost.
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & MS Word).
• Commitment to process improvement and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Client CEF energy efficiency order and related frameworks such as the NJ Cost Test.
• Able to travel within Client territory to conduct meetings with customers, perform inspections, and manage relationships with contractors.
• Valid US driver's license Desired & reliable transportation REQUIRED.
