This full-time role in the U.S. requires 5+ years of experience, deep knowledge of industrial systems, and strong communication skills. Expect up to 20% travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Expert knowledge of industrial systems (refrigeration, compressed air, steam, electrical distribution, data-logging).
• Fluent understanding of pumps and compressors.
• Ability to engage customers/utilities beyond number-crunching.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and direct high-profile projects with accountability.
• Calculate energy savings using tools, spreadsheets, and methodologies.
• Engage with clients at industrial sites to identify energy-efficiency opportunities.
• Grow client relationships to generate new work from clients.
• Present complex technical issues to diverse audiences for consensus.
