Job summary

A women-led energy transformation firm is seeking Customer Service / Data Entry Specialists in California. You will provide processing and customer support, handling data entry and communication with clients. The role requires a high school diploma and at least 6 months in a call center. Pay is $17.00 per hour with benefits including vacation and a retirement plan. Ideal candidates are detailed, organized, and have strong communication skills, with a preference for bilingual applicants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ months of related work experience in a call center environment.
• Must be able to work an 8-hour shift as assigned.
• A positive and customer-friendly outlook is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic troubleshooting and recommends solutions.
• Data entry into various database applications.
• Communicates effectively with other departments to service customers.

Proficiency in 10-key data entry from computer keyboard
