Job summary

CLEAResult in Texas is seeking an Energy Efficiency Account Manager to promote energy efficiency concepts, services, and incentives to customers from local utilities. You will identify cost-effective energy efficiency investments and support partners through projects and incentive payments.

You will primarily work with large and small commercial partners, school districts, universities, and local governments, recruiting trade allies and managing communications with the utility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 yrs experience in a professional position, preferably outside sales, consulting, or a similar field.
• Proven ability to communicate a value proposition.
• Proven ability to sell into a multi-tiered and/or bureaucratic entity.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and incentive payments for partners.
• Outreach: recruit partners, train trade allies/contractors, and qualify projects for inclusion in the program.
• Customer service and reporting: coordinate with facilities, officers, architects, engineers, and contractors; escalate issues as needed.
