Job summary

Vista Projects, an integrated engineering firm, is seeking a Business Development Account Manager based in Houston, USA, to drive growth across energy-sector markets. The role reports to Canada and includes travel to the US and occasionally Canada, supported by technical and BD resources for meetings both virtually and in person.

Qualifications

• Degree in business management or engineering.
• MBA preferred and beneficial.
• Experience in business development and/or B2B sales is required.
• Strong communication and writing skills for case studies, proposals, and press releases.

Responsibilities

• Identify target markets and potential clients within those markets.
• Maintain and utilize Hubspot CRM for client tracking.
• Attend meetings with the BD team and report opportunities.
• Approach potential clients via cold calls, events, and existing relationships.
• Prepare competitive proposals and information packages for RFPs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
