Job summary

You will build professional relationships with executives, help optimize energy usage, and participate in marketing and service initiatives to support customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a technical environment is required.
• Strong Office proficiency (MS Word) expected.
• Willingness to be available to assigned customers 24/7/365.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field point of contact for assigned customers.
• Provide Energy Solution consultation based on customer needs.
• Document key customer activities in company systems.
• Coordinate complex electric service requests with supervision.
• Assist with credit and collection processes as needed.
