Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Energy Engineer to develop energy, water, and greenhouse gas strategies for commercial real estate clients. The role requires strong data analysis, communication, and project management skills to deliver high-quality technical deliverables and presentations for national clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related work experience.
• 5–8 years of applicable work experience in a related field.
• ABET-accredited engineering degree preferred; EIT/PE and certifications encouraged.
• Strong communication and writing skills, with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead energy saving strategies and calculate energy/cost savings with ROI analyses.
• Perform ASHRAE Level I & II Energy Audits on existing buildings.
• Support retro-commissioning of existing buildings.
• Provide client-facing technical reports and presentations.
• Travel up to 12 days per month.
