Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Energy Analyst to support building energy consumption analysis, benchmarking, and ESG reporting across a real estate portfolio. You will work with senior energy and sustainability professionals, preparing data-driven insights and dashboards for stakeholders.

The role emphasizes governance, data quality, and the development of analytical tools to improve decision-making, with a focus on utilities, regulatory compliance, and performance benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, energy management, sustainability, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in an analytical role related to commercial real estate, ESG, corporate sustainability, or similar.
• Experience in administration and maintenance of sustainability data management and reporting systems.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerBI for analyzing, reviewing, and reporting sustainability data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating multiple projects, tracking timelines and priorities, and keeping projects on budget and schedule.
• Establishing data reporting governance across the portfolio to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Administering sustainability data collection and reporting systems and processes across the client portfolio (energy, emissions, water, waste).
• Synthesizing research into key themes and drafting recommendations for client deliverables.
• Tracking and analyzing sustainability data to inform strategy and reporting.
