Job summary

Cadmus is seeking an analytical professional to support utility and government clients with advanced analytics, research design, and data-driven insights. You will apply statistical methods, quantify intervention impacts, and guide planning across DSM topics.

This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams, delivering reports and dashboards, mentoring junior staff, and identifying opportunities to grow work with existing clients.

Qualifications

• Advanced data analysis and modeling skills required.
• Experience communicating methods and results clearly.
• Ability to manage analytics projects end-to-end.
• Familiarity with energy sector and policy context.
• Experience with consulting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead research design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Apply econometric methods to assess program impacts.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage consulting projects, budgets, and resources.
