Job summary

Cadmus seeks a quantitative analyst to quantify the impacts of intervention strategies for utility and government clients. You will apply advanced analytics to DSM challenges, electrification, energy efficiency, and sustainability programs.

You will collaborate with project teams to design studies, analyze data, and present findings in concise reports and presentations, supporting policy and program evaluations with rigorous methods.

Qualifications

• Quantitative master's or BA with 0–4 years of experience.
• Experience with R, Python or Stata.
• SQL and databases experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage tasks and projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support research design, data collection, analysis, modeling, and reporting for DSM projects.
• Apply analytic methods to address client questions.
• Conduct independent statistical/econometric analysis.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate program impacts.
• Develop reports and presentations communicating methods and results.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
