Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in Oakland, CA is seeking a Senior Program Manager for a hybrid role (3 days on-site Tue-Thu). The position supports program governance, reporting rhythms, dashboards, KPIs, and executive communications.

You will drive cross-team alignment, analyze complex data, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with about 6+ years of related experience, strong budgeting and reporting skills, and a proven ability

Qualifications

• PMO governance & executive reporting; dashboards, KPIs, and exec-ready status communications.
• Analytical thinking and systems thinking to turn complex program data into insights, metrics, readiness indicators and improvement actions.
• Ability to influence without authority across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Completes moderate to complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions, plans and goals.
• Works independently on most issues.
• Provides direction on overall program plan and goals.
• Responsible for most/all deliverables within the program implementation plan.
• Communicates findings and recommendations to various levels of management.
• Develops budget forecasts, conducts analysis in support of identifying budget variances and develops solutions to address.
• Develops new and ad-hoc reports, summarizes findings and recommendations and provides business insight.
