Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Data Entry Clerk in Hartford, CT. The role supports the Energy department by inputting deliverable fuel invoices into theEnergy database(s) and ensuring timely entry and filing of documents.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of office data-entry experience, with strong MS Word/Excel skills and good communication abilities. This is a seasonal, on-site role with day shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Two years of office experience with data entry.

Responsibilities

• Verify invoice data accuracy and required information.
• Enter invoice information into designated system(s).
• Date stamp invoices, file by date, and enter within 2–3 days.
• Create and maintain filing system for invoices.
• Communicate with vendors, funders, and staff as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
