Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design and release within ECS Fluids and Thermal Hardware.
• Ensure functional, performance, safety, quality, reliability targets are met.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor engineering staff; develop talent.
• Deliver engineering artifacts on schedule and with quality.
• Foster inclusive, high-performing team culture.
• Travel as needed (~5%) to support project goals.
