Job summary

Duratec is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support major renewable energy, power infrastructure and utility projects across Australia. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide commercial and contractual support, oversee procurement, cost control and risk management.

You will manage client contracts, onboarding of subcontractors, progress claims, and maintain commercial registers while collaborating with internal teams to ensure adherence to procedures and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in construction/energy related field.
• Experience in contract administration and project support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and contractual support across energy projects throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage client contracts and ensure compliance on multiple projects.
• Oversee procurement, start-up, delivery and close-out activities.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients.
• Manage subcontractors from onboarding to claim assessments.
• Maintain contract registers and monitor commercial position.
