Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial performance of contracts to minimise risk and maximise return.
• Assist business lines to embed a culture of continuous commercial understanding and efficiency.
• Analyse costs and revenue forecasts to provide variance analysis and cost recovery.
• Prepare detailed and summarised cost reports for stakeholders and management.
• Maintain project margins in collaboration with Project/Account Managers and engineers.
• Submit contractual notices and support variations and amendments.
• Pursue contractual entitlements including price/rate escalations.
• Support cash flow by timely invoicing and liaising with clients on collections.
