Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support negotiation, execution, and administration of complex EPC, engineering services, and supply agreements for utility-scale renewable energy and digital infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with legal, engineering, finance, development, and procurement teams.

The role requires 7+ years of contracts management experience in energy or infrastructure, with a bachelor’s degree (JD or Master’s preferred).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of contracts management experience in energy, power, or infrastructure.
• Experience supporting EPC contractors, developers, or project finance transactions.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, risk allocation, and contract negotiations.
• Background in law, paralegal, contract management, or transaction advisory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration, change orders, claims, and risk management.
• Coordinate transaction documents, due diligence, and financial close deliverables.
• Improve contract processes, templates, and document controls.
• Work directly with executive leadership in a high-growth infrastructure platform.
