Generator Supercenter, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support construction and installation operations. The role involves daily scheduling, coordinating materials, tracking progress, and assisting with permits and documentation.

You will work with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion. The position is full-time in Mount Pleasant, SC, with a focus on coordinating with field teams, inspections, and administrative tasks to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; associate degree or trade certification is a plus.
• Experience in scheduling, construction coordination, project administration, or electrical service coordination preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical systems (AC/DC) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong documentation and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily and weekly construction and installation schedules based on field inputs.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and material deliveries to align with timelines.
• Schedule inspections, permitting appointments, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Set up new jobs and maintain proper documentation.
