Job summary
P&E Constructors, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Energy sector, including Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Chemical, and Refining markets. You will identify and secure new projects, expand relationships with clients, and collaborate with estimating and operations to win opportunities.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience selling heavy industrial construction services and a proven Southeast network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of successful business development experience selling construction services in the Energy sector.
- Demonstrated network with owners, EPC firms, engineering companies, and industrial clients preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new construction opportunities within Energy markets (Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical, Refining).
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue objectives.
- Build and expand relationships with prospective and existing clients; pursue strategic partnerships.
