Job summary

HopeSource in Ellensburg, WA is seeking an Energy Conservation Coordinator to promote energy savings among low-income families in Kittitas County. You will conduct home visits, teach energy-saving practices, and support weatherization through building science and education.

The role involves outreach, data entry, file maintenance, and reporting, working with weatherization staff to advance HopeSource’s Whole Person Care model.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate energy conservation program.
• Conduct in-home conservation education visits and identify energy-saving measures.
• Assist with home energy audits/inspections.
• Create/maintain/verify files, compile reports, and perform data input for multiple programs.
• Plan and conduct outreach activities to promote HopeSource programs.
• Process fiscal payments.
• Develop and distribute conservation education materials.
• Evaluate program success through surveys and feedback.
• Support weatherization staff with daily tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
