Qualifications

• 4+ years in weatherization, HVAC, or building construction or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with complex database applications and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of CDBG rehab and No Heat programs; liaise with partners and funders; manage project applications; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Technical lead for the Weatherization database; maintain data integrity; generate detailed performance reports; track expenditures precisely.
• Conduct thorough project file reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with State and Federal requirements.
• Oversee client intake, waitlist management, and file assignments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Contribute to program leadership by drafting and implementing departmental policies.
