  • Act as the technical lead for the Weatherization database; ensure data integrity, generate detailed performance reports, track expenditures with precision.
  • Conduct thorough project file reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to State and Federal requirements.
  • Oversee client intake, waitlist management, and file assignments to ensure equitable service delivery and timely contract completion.
  • Serve as a key member of the program leadership team, helping to develop, draft, and implement department policies and procedures.

Job Position Description:

Community Action is seeking an Energy Conservation Specialist to join our team to drive excellence in energy conservation. In this role, you will manage the essential systems that keep our energy conservation programs running smoothly. From database management to project compliance, your work ensures that low-income, senior, and disabled households in Washington County receive the critical support they need.

Abbreviated Duties List:
  • Lead the administration of the CDBG rehab and "No Heat" programs. Act as the primary liaison with partners and funders, manage project applications, and ensure all work meets strict regulatory standards.
  • Act as the technical lead for the Weatherization database. You will ensure data integrity, generate detailed performance reports, and track expenditures with high precision.
  • Conduct thorough project file reviews to guarantee accuracy and adherence to State and Federal requirements.
