Job summary

Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full-time Client Retention Representatives to join our Houston team, serving sales throughout the Greater Houston area. You will review electricity and natural gas supply plans, present supplier options, and recommend solutions that fit client business needs.

You’ll nurture existing relationships while growing your book through new opportunities. Expect to travel within a 30-mile radius of the office and develop your portfolio with commercial accounts, with

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable personal vehicle.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.

Responsibilities

Build lasting relationships with existing residential customers.
Meet face-to-face with decision-makers.
Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
Help customers identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
Recommend energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
Support customers through future renewals and ongoing energy needs.
Develop new business opportunities between customer appointments.
Build and grow your own portfolio of commercial accounts.
Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius of the office).
