Job summary

SGS Consulting in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced billing analytics professional to ensure accurate and timely volumetric billing and reporting for energy products. You will manage customer usage, reconcile data issues, and analyze pricing and market data to support pricing structures.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in corporate environment (retail utility industry would be a plus).
Experience with advanced Excel VLOOKUP, pivot table and Excel. Retail energy background preferred.
Experienced with CRM systems (Salesforce experience would be a plus).
Technical background with SQL

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely volumetric billing and reporting for energy products by managing customer usage and reconciling data issues.
Support pricing structures by performing complex analyses of pricing and market data to identify cost impacts for stakeholders.
Maintain data integrity, track key metrics, and collaborate with various departments and external partners.
Prepare analytical reports and presentations on energy usage and forecasting for stakeholders.
