Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking an Energy Analyst in Seattle to advance high-performance building energy efficiency and sustainability goals. You will develop energy models, analyze performance data, and support decarbonization strategies across projects with engineers, architects, and owners.

You will engage in energy audits, retro-commissioning, and building optimization while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet schedules and budgets. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or another related technical field.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, sustainable building design, and decarbonized energy systems.
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze building energy models for new construction and existing buildings.
• Analyze utility consumption and building trend data to identify improvements.
• Evaluate MEP systems to support energy efficiency and decarbonization goals.
• Support energy audits, retro-commissioning, and building optimization services.
• Prepare technical reports, calculations, and presentations communicating findings.
