Stellantis NV in Auburn, Alabama seeks a Technical Program Manager for Air Induction and Exhaust systems to coordinate design teams, manage schedule, cost, and quality, and ensure on-time launch.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with vehicle programs, engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers, including DFMEA/DVP&R reviews and cost/weight analysis, with travel to North American plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in automotive air induction/exhaust systems engineering.
• Ability to influence and lead without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading supplier management and multiple concurrent activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management for Air Induction and Exhaust systems from concept to launch.
• Coordinate with vehicle programs, engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to meet cost, weight, and schedule targets.
• Perform DFMEA and DVPR reviews, cost/weight analysis, and packaging studies.
• Triage and resolve technical issues across functions during all program stages.
• Travel to supplier and vehicle assembly plants in North America as needed.
