Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a Senior Site/Civil Energy Project Manager to lead a portfolio of energy infrastructure, utility, renewable energy, and capital improvement projects across Florida and the Southeast. You will supervise planning, design, permitting, and construction, manage client relationships, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing energy, utility, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site/civil transmission, distribution, substation infrastructure, and renewable energy projects from planning through construction.
• Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong relationships with utility providers, developers, public agencies, and project stakeholders.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, invoicing, collections, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary technical teams and subconsultants.
• Provide project strategy, technical oversight, and quality control reviews.
• Support permitting and regulatory approval processes with local, state, and federal agencies.
• Lead proposal development, client presentations, and responses to RFQs and RFPs.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for new and repeat business.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and emerging project managers.
• Collaborate proactively with other Dewberry offices and practice areas to deliver integrated solutions.
