The South Carolina Department of Corrections is seeking a Programs Administrator to manage the energy cap utility accounting program, including data entry, maintenance, upgrades, and budgeting, and to generate graphs and reports for facilities and agencies.

You will serve as the liaison to the state energy office, coordinate with the SCDC on energy savings projects and costs, review bills, and ensure accurate data entry for payment processing.

Competenze

• High school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services or a bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience.
• Experience with large datasets, spreadsheets, and electronic databases is required.
• Asbestos supervisor certifications must be obtained within six months of employment.

Mansioni

• Manage and maintain energy cap utility accounting program, including data entry, upgrades, reporting and budgeting.
• Serve as SCDC liaison to the state energy office, providing information and reports on energy savings and costs.
• Handle purchase orders, verify bills and costs, and input data for payment processing.
• Assist in overseeing preventative maintenance and security equipment at Facilities Management.
• Identify and resolve system or equipment issues.
