Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5 years in utility accounting or related field.
• Experience with large datasets, spreadsheets, and electronic databases.
• Ability to obtain asbestos supervisor certifications within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the energy cap utility accounting program, incl. data entry, maintenance, upgrades, graphs and reports.
• Target wasteful facilities and streamline energy accounting and utility budgeting.
• Serve as SCDC liaison to the state energy office; provide information and reports on energy savings and projects.
• Check bills for errors, code adjustments, and process purchase orders for facilities and institutions.
• Assist with overseeing preventative maintenance care and security equipment at Facilities Management.
