Job summary

TEPRI, a small Austin nonprofit, seeks a Program Manager to lead energy access projects, research, and demonstration programs. You will coordinate multi-stakeholder teams, manage budgets, and contribute to grant writing while advancing TEPRI’s mission in Texas.

The role requires independence, organization, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on low-to-moderate income communities and energy equity.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience or a Bachelor’s with 5+ years.
• Experience in project management, research, and program development in energy or nonprofit sectors.
• Ability to adapt communications for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–3 projects across energy portfolios, including solar and storage.
• Manage teams, budgets, timelines, and compliance with TEPRI’s mission.
• Develop funding strategies and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
