Job summary

Stanford University’s Precourt Institute for Energy seeks a Program Manager to advance Energy Equity and Just Transitions. This role partners with the Managing Director to implement education, research, and engagement initiatives on campus and with external partners.

The position emphasizes student engagement, budgeting, and resource development. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in energy or related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage activities that advance program aims in education, research, and organizational development.
• Mentor students, connect them to resources and opportunities, and help chart a path forward.
• Develop streamlined workflows to manage activities and resources.
• Develop and maintain program communications and build relationships across Stanford’s energy ecosystem.
