Job summary

Energy Trust is seeking a seasoned program manager to lead residential energy efficiency initiatives in the United States. The role focuses on planning, market research, contractor engagement, procurement, and performance management to deliver energy savings.

Responsibilities include coordinating with utility partners, managing budgets up to multi-million dollars, and embedding equity in program design. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years managing energy efficiency programs or related initiatives.
  • Experience with residential energy efficiency programs and home energy assessments.
  • Experience developing participation agreements, QA plans, risk assessments, and performance management processes.
  • Experience with RFPs, procurement, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the residential home assessment program from planning to continuous improvement.
  • Lead program delivery strategy aligned with Energy Trust objectives and partner goals.
  • Coordinate program design, marketing, implementation, and customer engagement with utility partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with home assessment providers, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance metrics, customer experience, referrals, energy savings, and budgets.
  • Embed equity and community engagement principles into program design and evaluation.
