Voyager Technologies seeks an Energetics Technician I for the 3rd shift in Penrose/Pueblo, CO. The role involves hands-on production of energetic materials and rocket hardware, following precise work instructions and safety standards in a controlled environment.

Responsibilities include assembly, equipment operation, data recording, and adherence to ISO 9001 procedures while collaborating with the Manufacturing and Operations team. Eligibility for explosives licenses is required.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Understanding of manufacturing documentation (work orders, drawings, travelers).
• Ability to follow written instructions in controlled environments.
• Attention to safety procedures and quality standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Completion of safety training and eligibility to obtain explosives licenses.

Responsibilities

• Assemble energetic components and rocket hardware per work instructions.
• Operate and maintain standard production and mixing equipment under supervision.
• Follow safety, environmental, and explosive handling protocols.
• Record production data and inspection results with traceability.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and participate in preventive maintenance.
