Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Energetics Operator II for the 3rd shift at our Penrose/Pueblo, CO sites. You will run multiple machines, perform changeovers, train Operator I staff, and maintain quality and safety records on site.
This role requires compliance with hazardous materials and ITAR-related safety standards. The position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor and is on‑site in Penrose/Pueblo, CO, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

The Energetics Operator II - 3rd shiftfor Voyager Technologies is responsible for supporting energetic production efforts. The Energetics Operator II - 3rd shift is an experienced production operator who can run multiple machines or complex processes with limited supervision. This role supports changeovers, minor troubleshooting, and mentoring of Operator I employees, while maintaining higher expectations for quality and throughput.
The position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor and is part of the Manufacturing and Operations team based in Penrose, CO/Pueblo, CO. This role is onsite based in Penrose, CO and Pueblo, CO.

The good faith hourly range for this role on 3rd shift is $26.40 – $26.40 at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive. This range may be adjusted in the future.
